My mission is to help clients find peace in their daily lives by unpacking beliefs and behaviors that although once helpful, may be holding them back from the lives they want to live. I place an emphasis on helping clients to arrive at a place in their lives where they feel in alignment with their authentic self, connected to their bodies, and internal wisdom. I specialize in working with adults who face challenges related to trauma, binge eating, anxiety, financial mindset, and self esteem issues that impact dating or work performance.
I will work with you to create a healing plan that is specific to your needs using a holistic approach. I aim to provide a warm, safe, and compassionate space. I mindfully help clients feel safe to connect to themselves and others, through somatic, mindfulness-based, and polyvagal exercises. I also draw upon additional methods and techniques such as EMDR therapy and Internal Family Systems. Led by my passion for health and wellness, I help clients to nurture their bodies through compassion, gratitude, intuitive eating, movement, and cultivating body neutrality.
